   Good morning! Happy Monday!

   On the menu from John's Kitchen!!

   Fresh squeezed orange juice and grapefruit juice (both from the Sunshine State), cranberry juice, coffee (all flavors, roasts, and blends) with the the nummies to add to it, lattes, pancakes (take your choice of type), french toast (both stuffed and unstuffed), bacon, ham, sausage (patties and links and gravy), all kinds of omelets, hashbrowns or american fries, muffins, toast, bagels, omelets (any filling), and of course a dozen at least TDK Employment Agency Kittens. Bog and Clark are standing ready at the worm hole to go and visit Aunties and Uncles! Andy is waiting for Auntie HM and Auntie 2b to come so that he can visit with his cousins.

   Enjoy!!!

   Morning BC & AZDeb - I'm getting an early start today, I've planned at least 36 hrs of chores for this 24 hr day, so I'll be pushing myself hard !! LOL! Give me one of everything, along with extra oj for vitamin C & energy! I'll be popping in and out today, was reading the back shifts and hoping Miu would appear, but it doesn't look like it. Sighs!! Hope everyone's day will be nice and productive -- it's always hard to get back in the swing after the holidays, but I for one am going to hit the ground running!

    Happy New Year everybody! Back to work after being away for a coupla weeks...even had a bonus SNOW DAY on Dec. 19. That rarely happens at the university level.

    I'll have a FLUFFY omelette please, with sausage and cheese, side of sausage gravy (since this is virtual food, I can pig out with NO guilt)

    And thank you to everyone who sent cards, I got more cards this year than I think I ever have! Put 'em on a nice big mirror above our personal altar. Very pretty! I only got two duplicate kitty cards (lol), I thought it would be more. I'm always glad to see different holiday cards.

    Hi, everyone! And a quiet good morning to Maddie and Abbie...to let them sleep a little longer for CM.
    Well, it's back to work full force for me. January will be a busy month as we prepare all the year end tax stuff and then the deluge of tax returns coming in. I'll be on and off from time to time, so don't worry if I don't check in every day. I'll try to keep up with things, but I will be very busy at my job and just post when I can get a chance.

    Good Morning Family...I need something strong enuf to get a rocket going,but, mild enuf not to set off a COA. Went to bed about 2 a.m. (was hoping to get a response from an e-mail I sent Miu)& then I was back up at 4:30 a.m. because I couldn't sleep.
    Coffee w/a dash of cocoa & a raisin bagel with cream cheese purrty please.

    Okay I am tired and it is 6:22am I have now been up an hour! UGH! Now I remember why I stay in Morgan Hill and Gilroy to sub! I'm in San Jose today! I will be leaving in 20! Just wanted to check in!

    Hi everyone - Happy New Year! No computer at home so here I am at work. Not much time to chat; I had to see the kittens that I missed and check in here.
    On to what I've missed: Miu, I'm so sorry about what happened. I was looking forward to seeing the threads you started but are blocked by my firewall. Once I'm up and running at home, I wanted to start checking them out.
    CM - Congratulations!
    Put stuff away, covered the bed, packed up Leela and brought her to my sister's place today only to find that the contractor isn't coming up today. Geez, a little advanced notice would be nice; there's so much to do to get ready for them! At least Leela likes where she is; she gets a big room to herself at her own little kitty day care.

    As you can see, I will be in and out from now on..I had to get Abbie and found out she spit up all over her bed..so needless to say, she and the bed had to be changed, then she had to be fed. Maddie had got up at 8am so Wayne was watching her and fed her breakfast. So it was a small chaotic morning :)
    I am still sore and trying to take it easy. Abigail is sleeping now and I am hoping to jump into the shower.
    Hi to everyone I have missed. I miss chatting with everyone..Hugs to all..off to that shower, hope to be back on later.

    Around Thanksgiving, the contractor said about a week! Last week he said he needed about 2 days. There is clearly at least a week's worth of stuff to do and many little things. The outside looks great, however!

    Oh, Abbie - that is so yucky but I'm afraid it's just part of being a baby! But you are supposed to spit up while mama is holding you on her shoulder :-) Just for your future reference!

    Good morning, All! I'm back from the gym, jumped on the scales at home and jumped off again in horror. What the heck happened????????? And now I have to clean my house because taking down the Christmas things seems to have stirred up a ton of dust. :-(

    Morning everyone who have entered the thread after I went back to bed :) What a yucky morning so far, its overcast, only 46F so far and not much more expected except for rain and I still sound like a stuffy ole frog (attractive sounding huh, lol). I agree with WWM, Calgon take me away!!!

    Saw a funny in an underground publication "Funny Times" that had a baby staring at a cat, and vice versa. Caption was "Eat, Sleep, Poop. Eat, Sleep, Poop. I have to get myself a better role model"

    LOL Siobhan. Good morning everyone. Just had to start the day right. I have to be back to work tomorrow but gave myself today. I slept late but now I have to get busy and get the house liveable for the coming week. Maybe now that the holidays are over we can finish my living room renovation.

    Good morning (or afternoon, or whatever time it may be where you are)everyone!! I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to send me a Christmas card this year. Every single one is a treasure, and I love you all. I'm sorry I'm not in a position to return the favor, but I'm sure you all understand.

    Just now feeling better from my emergency appendectomy the first part of December. I'm back to work (I only work part time), but still feel fatigued. Guess you don't bounce back quite as fast as you get older.

    Again, love you all, and the cards were so greatly appreciated. God bless everyone, and Happy New Year to all.

    Hi everyone!!!! I haven't been on since the 23rd and it was great to log onto my email and find out that Abbie is here early. Geeze go away for 13 days and miss a lot!

    I got really sick right before new years so I was glad to have the time off to recover. I made myself feel better by going through all the great Christmas cards and this morning I had a lot of E-cards to view! That is starting the day the right way.

    2009 is off to a shaky start. Hubby's company is cutting salaries by 10% and making employees pay more toward insurance. We are going to really have to economize to keep it all afloat. I'll be bringing lunches a lot more and we will be going out a lot less. Good thing we got a lot of DVD's for Christmas. If anyone has any good economizing ideas or recipes to share, I am listening.
