  1. Our local no kill shelter has entered trying to win $10,000. They do wonderful work, all volunteer and dependent on donations alone. My Mickey, Kara and Karina were rescued by them. They get most of their animals from a shelter not far away that has a high euthanasia rate, killing animlas every Tuesday and Thursday. LIFE volunteers go twice a week and save as many as they can.

  3. It takes a few minutes to show up. Thank you very much. We are very far behind, but worth a try. I'm sure all the shelters are worthy.

  4. TL I'll post the url to my art group. It's not large but you might get a few more votes. My vote did show but it showed as Anonymous (not sure how that happened because I filled in my name) I wonder if I can vote again?

  17. KK where did you go to vote. When I go to the url above it still says thanks for voting and there is no place for me to vote and no link I can see to take me any place on the sit to vote again?

  18. You know Petpntr, it occurred to me (because I tried yesterday to vote twice) that it was a little strange, but my husband "cleared" the computer today. I think it may have something to do with it. Sorry if I got everyone all ready to vote!

  19. Remember when we were voting for Max, we had to clear out our cache. Maybe that has something to do with it. I'm going to give that a try and see if it makes a difference. I'll let you know.
