  16. NNGM, It is supposed to be the coldest day of next week on Tuesday, but a high of 32 degrees and sunny is predicted. There is an expectation of maybe 5 million people coming for the events. People are actually planning to come into the city at 4am (8 hours early!!!) to get a seat along the parade route. I am staying home because the best view will be on my tv and I don't have to freeze to death to see it.
