  5. If dogs get election ballots in the mail and credit card offers, why can't Sammie get a Social Security number and pay his taxes in sardines? Just don't let the fish stick around too long before mailing it to the feds.

  6. Sammy was banned by the USPS for not paying federal taxes????? Gosh, if that's the new rule there won't be anyone present in the US House of Representatives or the Senate tomorrow!

  11. Oh boy---that post office box is going to be over-flowing! I am proud of these residents--aren't we all tired of a few getting to bully us to get their way? Just like 85% of Americans believe in God but the minority gets His name banned from schools and other places.
