Rubia in the San Francisco Area...

  1. I am going to be in the San Francisco area for the next 2 weeks (1st 2 weeks of February), and I would love to get together with whoever is around and can make it!

    The only thing is, I just don't know when I can do it. It looks like the weekends are already booked up. :-( However, if anybody can make it for dinner one evening, that would be great.

    I will be staying in the mid-peninsula (south of SFO airport - Redwood Shores/Belmont) area, so perhaps we could find some place to eat around there.

    Anybody interested??? :-)

  5. Oh man I sure wish I could make it up there!!! But the family I have up there is actually coming down here during that time...dang it...
    But keep bumping Rubia, there are several TDKers up there...I wish Susie had better transportion so she could meet you there...She is such a sweetheart!!!

  6. I wish all you guys could come too!!! I will also be in San Diego during the 3rd week of Feb. for my mom's 92nd birthday. Again, it's going to be hectic, and again - unfortunately - no weekend time available. Otherwise, it would be great to do a So Cal get together! I am hoping to at least find a little time to get together with Linda.

  9. Yes - unfortunately we are flying from SF to SD. Not enough time for a nice leisurely drive down the coast! That would be great though! Stop and see all the TDKers in Calif!!! Hmmmmmmm...... :-D

  15. Rubia, I am in San Francisco during the daytime hours...I don't drive in though, so I could meet somewhere in the financial district or at Union Square. My office is in Fisherman's Wharf, so you might like to see that. I also live in the Napa Valley, if you have a rental car, you might like to come up. My time is pretty limited because of my commute schedule (five hours of commuting daily) but that will end. I keep telling myself it will end at the end of this month :) Let's see if we can put something together? Elizabeth

    Unfortunately, Mr Rubia has booked up both of the days on the weekend. There may be some time available to get together on Saturday, but I don't know what the overall plan is for the day, so... :-(
