Prayers for you and Bella. Thank God this vet kept her in--maybe if the first vet had hospitalized her she would be better by now. I would report him/her to the local DVM society.

Bella had four near death calls last night. 14 episodes of the "d" word. I am so worried. They say they have her more stable today. I am going to see her in about fifteen minutes though, I miss her terribly. I am taking her Catnip mouse and green teddy bear to cuddle with in the incubator. I can only trust my own eyes though. The vet and I are starting a Bella Fund out in Elizabeth, Kiowa and parker colorado. With the vet hospitals emblem and his card for verification. I just cannot afford the bills right now. So hopefully people in my town will help me. It is a small town so we all reach out to eachother in the time of need. Sorry about my sloppy hand writing I am just very tired and shaken up tonight. I will update you when I get home.

I tried to post bellas picture as my avatar. Hm, I wonder why it is not working. I am going to report the vet. Bella was looking really good tonight. I told her how many people were pulling for her and she is never alone. I left her with two toys and her teddy. I hope she likes the smell of home. They threw away her blankey because she went to the restroom on it. They are talking about her possibly coming home tomorrow. That would be amazing. The poster I made for her is beautiful. I do miss her even more now because I saw her today.

Oh my, I am soo happy to hear this. Be sure you feel comfortable with her coming home. I do hope she is ready, and I know it's very expensive, but I hope they don't discharge her too soon. Don't mind me, I'm just a worrier.

AJ...I'm so relieved to hear Bella is much more stable. She has a long ways to go,but,with a good vet on her side & the Love of her human mama, She can only get better. {{{HUGS}}}, Prayers & Healing White Light going Bella's way. And please get some rest tonight (I know,much easier said than done). You'll feel better for it.

I'm sure it was hard to see her with the IV, AJ, but you can rest a little easier knowing that she is getting the medical attention she needs and is now doing better. Whew!

OMG AJ. Honey, I'm so sorry. I was hoping to hear good news. What an awful bit of news to get. I'm so grateful you were able to be with her tho. I know it made a difference is helping her pass. She will have many,many fur friends to meet her at the bridge. I'm crying with you for your loss of baby Bella.

AJ, I'm so sorry. It's heartbreaking to have a tiny kitten, with so much potential, who just can't make it. Please know that you did the best that you could, and that Bella knew human kindness and love in her short life because of you.
The one time I lost a tiny kitten, only 6 weeks old, she died of multiple seizures and associated brain damage. I buried her that night; several months later I planted a bleeding heart to mark her grave. It makes me sad to remember the shortness of her life, but it would make me sadder if she'd never known human kindness at all.
My heart goes out to you.
