Evening all TDKers, KM and lurkers.

Welcome to night shift – where mysterious and zany things are always happening.

Did anyone notice the LENGTH of last night’s night shift??

We are such a chatty bunch.

Hi Bobbi-that was a long session last night! I think I left about 11:30 p.m. (EDT). The West Coasters were still going strong. It gets kinda silly after a while, when Ange and the gang get going.

Evening, all! FondaHonda’s in the house. Brought home some ribs, chicken and smoked sausage. Yum! Shoved it in the fridge cuz I’m not hungry yet, but it won’t be there too long. Got enough for a couple of meals, so I’m ready for the nightshift to begin

    Hi all.

Had one job to do, so far, and one other to do some time tonight.

I’ll pass on all the dinners – have a personal pan cheese pizza for tonight.

    Are you packed yet FH???

Evening one and all, looks like it will be a good weekend. The West Coasters are having a get=together and most of the rest are going to enjoy the weekend. Haven’t been on much the last couple of days, feeling yucky so have been just taking it easy.

Hi everybody==maybe someday I can chat the night away. 🙂 With my early mornings I probably beat some of the east coasters to bed. Thats a scarey thought. Oh well, I had a good day. We had 227 people more than we had planned on show up for lunch today. We were hopping but prepared for it since my boss can be smart. I’ll bring some of the great potato curry I made today to the table tonight. It was for the vegetarian line but everyone loves it.

    Hi AZDeb and Sandi.

AZD – sorry you’re not feeling very good. I’m trying to come down sick again – this time sneezing, coughing, congestion – ugh

Sandi – I take it you’re in the catering business, like Jo.???

Hi Bobbi, hi FH – recovered? Yeah, just about! I had to read for a while before I fell asleep.

Bobbi, I have worked for catering but now I feed dorm students at the University of Montana. I work the morning shift which is 5:30am to 2 or there abouts. Its a fun job and challenging but hard on the body so I’m glad retirement is not that far away

aristabobbi, thanks, yeah it seems that this crud doesn’t want to go away totally, just gives me hope and then sneaks back in…

FH, I had to go home 10 away from 900.

Wonder what KM thinks of all this???

Sandi – how far away from retiring?? Baby boomer???
