I often dream about adopting Rocky but, I am in a no pets apartment and have no idea where my life is going. I must remain catless until I have a safe home for a furchild. Rocky sounds like the most wonderful boy. I am praying he will be adopted by HM. If you throw a shower I would love to send a gift. Please keep us all informed.

If I could commit to a regular schedule I would, but right now my new job can have varied hours so I don't want to disappoint anyone by not being able to volunteer on a regular basis. What I do though is take very excellent care of my friends animals if they have to go on vacation and try to send money to animal organizations. This Avatar is from Flickr. It looked like the kitty is talking and I love talking cats so I use it as my Avatar!

I am sooo excited! I can't wait to tell Rocky. Next Thursday will be fine with me, I will be here. I do not have any transportation though. So, Artistabobbi you will have to come to my apartment to pick Rocky up. Will that be a problem? You may want to come get him Wednesday evening? Also, he does not have a carrier.

Yay! This is wonderful news. I was reading up on Rocky's personality and he sounds like such a lovebug of a kitty! Sebastian sent him to you, HM. I wish I was nearby so I could help with the kitty transport.

HM, I think you will discover what I have this last year. For almost 20 years, I always had 3 cats at a time. When Gibbie passed on, Nibs showed up. When Jerrie passed on, Nora needed a new home. Then when RT passed on, no kitty came to take her place. About 18 months later, I found out about Gem who needed a home (Thanks, Siobhan). I didn't realize it at the time, but things just felt a little "off" when I only had 2 cats. Now things feel like they are in balance again (especially since the girls are getting along much better now). Rocky is a lucky boy! And special thanks to Scarver, who gave Rocky a chance at a new life.

HM, thank you soooooo much! You have no ideal how happy this makes me. Sorry I wasn't on line sooner, I was taking a nap. I'm old and tired.:) I went to Huddy's caster, he and Rocky are almost twins. I don't think you will have a problem at all converting Rocky into an indoor only kitty. He "may" have to be house broke.:( He did use our litter boxes once back when he first started spending the nights inside. But our boys won't hardly let him go anywhere but the living room and dining room which is where the food is. So, we just put him outside to go potty. I am glad you want to make him an inside only kitty. If we were in position to keep him we would do the same. He also likes bacon.:) Actually I don't know of to much he don't like. You will probably want to put him on a diet. He is huge.
