  2. What a pretty kitty. I remember "voting" for Clinton when I was in elementary school lol! I'm hoping to have my kitties for that long. I couldn't bear to lose my (sometimes frustrating) furbabies.

  5. Awwwww poor Socks. I remember sending out a Christmas letter to all my friends stating that while Socks had been sick, Sebastian had stood in for him numerous times. RIP pretty kitty.

  6. Awww, Socks. I did hear that he hasn't been well. 20 years is certainly a good long life for a kitty, but sad nontheless. Shaddo wrote to him once so I'm sure he will welcome him and there will be yet another big party at the Bridge.

  8. I have a figurine that shows Socks putting a pawprint on a copy of the Presidential oath of office. I'm so glad one of the staff took him in and cared for him for the rest of his life when he was left behind in Washington. A thank-you to her, and godspeed to First Kitty Socks.
