I don't watch the show very often, but tonight's house is in the city next to me and I hang out there all of the time. I even went by it today, wondering if there would be any hoopla because of the show airing--Nope.

Is that the show with Ty and the megaphone FH? If so I do enjoy watching it but sometimes wonder if the houses they create are too lavish for the neighbourhood and how do the people cope with all the extra costs of their new luxury homes.

WOW, that one was a big one and so beautiful! They don't. Most end up in forclosure since they can't afford the taxes and utilites. We had two in our area go down. Yes, it's a good show, but I wonder why more isn't done to let them maintain the home.
