Afternoon litter mates! I just wanted to post real quick while I had a minute to let you know that life on the zoo crew ranch is slowly coming back to normal after Velvet & Spice's departure on Saturday. The crew don't seem to be very phased at the girls leaving. They never really had the chance to get close to the girls as the girls didn't let them. I'm still impatiently waiting their return to momma's bed. Only Angela has resumed her past post. Milo has been there for weeks so he is still unfettered. The others still avoid my bed and that bothers me. I even spent time yesterday with one of the cat dancers on my bed playing with them and still they haven't come back. Oh well, all things in good time.
Thank you eveyone who came to our party on Saturday! I had a wonderful time and I hope everyone else did to! Mike (AKA Shadow's daddy) was very impressed. While he hears me talk about TDK and all of the wonderful people hear all the time, now I think he finally gets it! We will have to do this again sometime.
Cheri, please give the girls hugs and cuddles from me. I miss them very much! As a matter of fact, on Saturday after all quieted down, Mike picked up Amy while in the kitchen and the overhead light shining on Amy gave me the illusion that she had white whiskers! Yes thats when the tears started again. I will always love thoses special little girls but I am so happy that they are back where they belong with Cheri.
