1. 

   Spike has crossed the bridge. MiniKK spotted his body under a bush in the neighbours back yard, unfortunately. He'd been dead for some time. MrKK buried him alongside our old Siamese, Ninja. I just arrived home from a business trip and they greeted me with the news. Feeling pretty sad. Something kept making me look over the fence into that yard - it was one of the places he liked to wander but the neighbour had not seen him, so we had no reason to think we should take a closer look. Even if we had it may not have made a difference - no real idea why he died.

   KK, I am so sorry to hear about Spike. Of course you are sad. Our kitty babies leave a hole in our heart when they cross the bridge. But know that Spike is now rolling in sweet grass, chasing butterflies in the sunshine, and someday you will see him again. You gave him a wonderful, loving life and were the best kitty mom he could wish for. Warm hugs, ((((kapitikats))).

   So sorry to hear the sad news. I am glad you have had closure of some kind though, as now you can grieve properly and not be always wondering where he is. Thinking of you and know he will be well looked after by all the other TDK kits who have crossed the bridge.xx

   So sorry. I kept hoping I would come on and he would have appeared, a bit bedraggled but still Spike. Glad though you found him and were able to bury him, hard as it must have been. Hugs to his family.

    I'm so sorry to hear about Spike - they do say some cats do just disappear when they are ready to go. At least as Pika says you know he's gone, and you've been able to give him a proper burial, rather than always wondering.
