Anyone in and around Dallas interested in seeing the Tut exhibit at the Dallas Museum of Art? It ends on May 17th.... maybe we can schedule a meet-up and a museum trip??? I'm in San Antonio, but flexible for travel.

KD and I got to see it in Philly when it was there...we planned an entire trip around it. I actually cried looking at some on the things that were so beautiful and can not imagine how they were able to do that kind of work back then...I wish we could go but it just wasn't in the cards.
Anyone who has the chance...you have to go.

Anytime you are in town I bet we could find something at the Museums to see! I wanted to see it then and my sister wouldn't go, my XBF wouldn't go, and friends wouldn't go. ALL THOUGHT BORING! I told them they were BORING! :D

Depending on when you decide to go, I might be able to work it in. I have 6 weeks of vacation I am being "urged" to use SOON. So keep me abreast of what happens and I might consider it! Always wanted to see texas.

Lisa is interested in going, too. What is your schedule? Mine is pretty flexible, but, need to account for travel time... can you go during the week, or only on the weekends? We have the gold member tickets and are going on March 24. Bobbi said that she would probably be able to make dinner on the 23rd. If anyone is interested then it would be great! I know that KK is coming to Dallas in May--that was how the whole Dallas meet started taking shape.

BTW, I've pretty much decided I'm going for sure, regardless... I majored in anthropology in college, and I missed the Tut tour in CA, so I don't want to miss this one!!!! -

It probably is too soon. We have had our tickets for awhile. I know that KK might be interested and she is coming in May. Even if that is too soon for a TDK tour, I am hoping that anyone that is able to can come to dinner on the 23rd. We are driving in that day--not staying too far from the museum.
