   Some people..:). One of the guys I worked with in California used a mannequin to do the same thing. He got busted too..but his fine was $1500. *shaking head*

   Hey, for a while around here the cops themselves were using dummies. They'd place them in parked police cars to get people to obey speed limits etc. It got quite ridiculous when you drove by those cars every day and saw the dummies sitting in there.
