    She's actually what is called a "torbie"--part tortie and part tabby because she has stripes. Get her tested for FLK (leukemia) ASAP--Petco & PetSmart or your humane society can do it cheaply. You don't want your residents exposed to that virus. It seems there are a lot of friendly strays lately due to the housing crisis--people just leave them behind.
