   I received this info in an email from a friend, so thought I'd share it. I guess I hadn't realized about spores being able to form in outdated baking mixes, thus causing problems. So, let's all clean out our cupboards!

   Thanks for the reminder KATT. I never thought about it until recently. Now I read the dates on my mixes in the pantry about evey 2 months. Good to know!

   This is definitely true according to Snopes-I beleive someone posted on this about 6 months ago so I cleaned out my pantry real fast!
