  1. I have tried uploading a different picture for my avatar, but it's not changing. Any suggestions?

  2. I posted about this about a week ago. Others do know how to do it, I am kinda computer illerate! I need step by step directions!

  3. Allison, did you do that just recently? Like within the hour? Because for some reason it seems to take a while to change. Just keep hitting the "ctrl" key and then the F5 key and when the change has been uploaded it will show it.

  7. I still don't see the new picture, but thank you very much...that's my Cassie! She's a tri-color tortoiseshell. I don't have an up-close picture of all three, so I'll be using random pictures of each one so everyone can see them.

  8. Hit the control key and then the F5 key, MollyCat and Allison. It should change to Cassie's picture.

  9. If you wanted to change the picture from Cassie..try this...log off...then press control f5 then sign back on. Sometimes that works. It's weird...
    Or just keep pressing control f5 without signing out...it should take soon..
    Cassie is a doll!!

  14. MC, try going to Tools, then Delete Browsing history. Delete temporary Internet files, hit delete all and then close when that's done. Now refresh your screen. Control F5 doesn't work for me but deleting the browsing history of temporary internet files, then refreshing usually does.
