  1. Ben is just beautiful and I know he will have a happy loving home with SM and MerD won't have to worry about him at all. Yea!!!

  2. Ben is so beautiful! I wonder, is it possible that part of the reason he didn't do well at the first place is that he is bonded with his brother, Jerry? I don't know where you guys live, but is it possible that Jerry could visit sometimes when Ben is with SM? It might help ease the transition for him if he knew he wasn't losing his bro forever? Just a thought...though I also think that when he knows how much SM will love and comfort him he will respond quickly. Sounds like the other place was just not a good fit as she had too many other animals to spend much time with him. And we all know that sweet kitties like Ben need lots of love, which he will get with SM!

  6. I haven't heard back from MerD. I am praying that Ben can come be Deuter's big brother! I have other animals as well, but I will spend all the time necessary to help Ben and I know he will be fine. Besides I have 3 months off and I am spending them at home!

  8. God works in mysterious ways! I was so saddened when MerD didn't get to SM in time and now THIS! Fantastic news! I am so excited! I hope this works out for Ben. MerD will know that he is well taken care of and that Deuter will be a good bro for him! Oh, do keep us updated! (((Ben and Deuter)))

  13. Ben is home.I picked him up, ben came out of the closet at my voice, and instantly started purring. She handed me his stuffed animal and he started making biscuits on it. We walked in the door, and as soon as I let him out of the carrier his brothers were kissing him. he is laying on the bed in his usual position, a very happy boy.

    I have also possibly found dutchess a home. I will know by this weekend.
