  3. Lingonberries come from Sweden, I think, which also happens to be the home of IKEA and probably why you can get them at their stores.

  7. ok friends, me and the girls are gonna try to get to bed early tonite. i am gonna sign off for now. hope you all sleep well, its snowing here! yuck! me and the headache are off to relax in bed, read the paper, and hopefully drift off to sleep! GOOD NIGHT!

  10. Yep, yuck indeed - I had hoped to get it done sooner, but I was out and when I got ahold of her, she was going out. I offered to meet her somewhere, but she was going in a different direction. Arrrrrgh!

  11. .... thinking of a lingonberries pie recipe....... thinks it would make a good crumble, like crandberries or such....

    .... Abby is such a little "treat whore"..... everytime I sit down at my desk to "type", she is begging for a "treat" because she know they're in my cabinet!.....can't resist.... she asked so nicely! LOL.....

  13. We have been off watching the American Country Music Awards. Did you all see it? Did you see the number with Trace Adkins and the West Point Glee Club? AWESOME!!!! I was so proud of them, but it did require several kleenex. That young Marine - that broke my heart.
