For those who are interesed, little Andy has what is known as Manx Syndrome which has symptons including digestive problems and spinal bifida for cats. It is almost always fatal within the 3 - 5 year, however it can occur earlier. This has happened to our little one. John and I have had to make an extremely difficult decision to help our baby to the Rainbow Bridge. Please pray for him. Thank you.

Terri, I don't know what to say at such distressing news. I know how much you and John love precious Andy. My prayers and thoughts are with you. I just don't know what else to tell you except that Andy is loved by so many.

John and I will be with the tail-less one on Monday when he goes to the Rainbow Bridge. Dr Fox (his wonderful vet) is going to be there then and we will be there too. Poor little one. We don't want him to suffer.

My Tessie will be there to welcome him. I always suspected she was part Manx because her hind legs were longer than her front ones and she had the double coat. She did have a long skinny tail (my brother called it a rat tail). She will take care of him--she always took care of Molly here.
