Happy Easter one and all!! Its a lovely sunny day here in Plymouth, and I am in the countryside looking after Lola - who after she was Kitten of the day last November - I joined the chat site. So I have thank Lola for! Her picture is below. She is now a gorgeous little minx of an 8 month old, and we love her dearly!!

We didn't have a decent camera when Shadz was little and she just blends into the background of all her photos. She still does if you're not careful. She really suits her name Moonshadow as she just blends in outside especially at night. Does Lola blend in too at home.

LOL!! No she did us proud, the house is immaculate! We neglected to go food shopping however and there is not much in, as they ran everything down before they went. All our supermarkets are closed today as its Easter day.... Luckily there is a fab pub in the village, just called and booked for lunch!
We have a similar thing here in NZ. All shops except petrol stations & dairies(small convenience stores) must shut on Good Friday and Easter Sunday. Any that break the law get a $1000 fine. on Friday 17 stores across the country and 16 today Easter Sunday broke the law and will be fined. Most were garden centres of hardware stores, and the $1000 fine is a small portion of what they took in on those days. A few years ago it was almost in the hundreds of shops who broke the law. Jcat was caught out without bread on Friday and was going to have to make some.

You'll have to have words with your sister for leaving the cupboards bare. I'm going to make myself a cup of EG tea with my last tea bag. It's been a long day here with Easter egg hunt for miniKK and then KK and I had a walk, not long enough though.

I have my feet up, Shadz is asleep on my side of the bed and Mr MS is out at sea fishing with a friend. We've been txting each other. Shadz loves to sniff him when he comes home.

Mr Ms will toss her tidbits when he is cleaning the fish and she'll wind herself in and out of his legs in a shameful show of cupboard love. As soon as he has finished she treats him as if he had never given her tasty fish bits. Typical cat, aloof.

Morning Deb, wondered if you were head down b** up at w***. Had a great day hiding eggs and then watching minikK follow the clues and find them. This was her last year for Easter egg hunts as KK says she is getting too old for it. Actually I think it's because after so many years KK and I are running out of new places to hide the eggs and the thinking of new spots is making our heads hurt. LOL
After lunch KK and I had a walk while the others watched kite surfers, then tonight we had Hell Pizzas(yes, they are called Hell Pizzas, google it and see what they call the pizzas) then watched a DVD.

Back home between services and rugby. Have to leave again in 10 minutes. KO is at 15.00 but I need to get parked and then find somewhere open for lunch. Choral Evensong is straight afterwards at 18.30.
It's miserable drizzly weather here, but it's still Easter, so I'm happy.
I lit a candle in Church today for Paul and Sharon (may she rest in peace and rise in glory).

Sorry to desert you Deb but after last nights 2am to bed I really need some sleep, so I'm heading off to see how much of the bed I can get back from HRH Shadz. have a quieter day planned tomorrow as KK and family are off to see our cousin who is here from London. Also Mr MS is due back on land sometime tomorrow and I have my work cut out smoking fish.
Sweet dreams when you get back home and headbonks to the 'crew' from HRH.
Deb, Airy loves the dessert pizza with the bananas,chocolate and berry coulis. I get a Creator as I can choose toppings that I am allowed. Tonight the other had Lust,Limbo and Cursed. It takes a bit to get used to eating pizzas with those names but they are very good.

Happy Easter Morning all! Glad I caught you nighshifters, have a blessed evening! My day is just beginning here, and we're getting ready to go to church..... Son and daughter are home, so the whole family is together..... not sure if I'll be on again until late today, large family is coming for lunch after church, and will probably hang around to visit and watch the final round of the Masters..... will check in later this evening!......
BTW, yesturday, I was so hungary for smoked fish, that I was over joyed to find some smoked mullet at the grocery, so I deboned it and made my own smoked fish dip!..... Hubbs and children went crazy over it, so I promised to make it a regular hordurve!...... I just may have to buy a smoker now! LOL
