    Just want to say thanks to everyone on TDK for just being here when its needed. Not staying this evening just got home and haven't slept yet, spent most of the day @ hospital with a friend and her child who had a seizure today. Thank goodness he is alright for the time being. Will be back on tomorrow evening, take care everyone.

    Karen, so sorry for your loss even if it was expected, it never really is. Glad that your father went peacefully.

    MS peeking into the NS office. All tidy and shipshape I see. Just doing a quick read of the back posts and waiting for Shadz to stop chasing the mice and come inside so I can go to bed.

    Shadz is in and had her supper and raced upstairs to sprawl on my side of the bed. However I once again put my pillow on the bed so she will just have to snuggle up with Mr MS again. Goodnight all.

    It's 10.47pm NZ time, ...the night is cold in NZ and cold or at least chilly in USA with Old Man Winter on the out..... so time to close Night Shift and snuggle under the comforters, so here goes gratis AZDEBRA, LV, & Tigger from the beginning....good job everyone & bless you...

    check - turns fountains off
    check - sweep the floor (never know who has been tossing stuff around)
    check - lights off and turns out neon "TDK Night-Shift" and "Poetry Jam" sign in window
    check - night lights glowing gently, puts on cool jazz radio for ambiance and stragglers check - cat flaps swings creeeeeeeek (pulls out WD-40), check cat flaps again to ensure they swing quietly and effortlessly
    check - doors closed, left just ajar so fuzzbutts don't come to us with complaints
    check - dry kibble out as a midnight snack (so hopefully no 5 am breakfast wake-up call) and freshens litter-box. Puts away assorted fuzzy, squeaky cat-toys into Toy-Box

    check - windows shut for Northern TDKers and flung open for Southern TDKers.

    Goodnight to all our imaginary friends in TDK land, Goodnight Airy and Jim-man. White light,healing energy and prayer for all those in need.

    wow, I went to bed at 5pm last nite and missed so much. HM, our dear HM, I am at a loss for words on the loss of your dad. we are coming up on the anniversary of when my dad died. please know he is with your mom now and that should bring some comfort. i pray that God will help give you peace during this difficult time. and of course, you have your family here anytime you need us. Hugs to you!

    HM, I am so very sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. My prayers are with you and your family. I pray you can find peace and comfort knowing your Mom and Dad are together again.
