   It's not the latest, but good to know.

   And regarding feeding raw, I found this product called Instinct, which is a nutrition supplement you add to raw meat to make your own cat food. Their site has very detailed recipe instructions and FAQ, and I may try this with my kitty in near future... Has anyone tried this?

   I went to a natural pet food store last night. The gal there was great ! She gave me samples of 4 different foods (dry) to try. See which my kits liked. I opened one package and you'd have thought I was putting the best treat in the world in the bowl ! Chloe, who is usually very very quiet, was mewing up a storm. They both went for the food like crazy. I only put out a little bit. This morning - I put out a little more and Chloe was reaching for the packet. I couldn't put it out fast enough! I don't remember the name of the food now, though. Mystic Moon or something like that. Wow... I've never seen them go after dry food that way.

   i've never tried a raw premix before but i might have to when i am gone for two weeks in june. i don't want to have mine have to go back on canned for two weeks...my aunt and my cousin are going to take turns feeding them. don't know what to have them feed the cats though...

   FF50 - yes ! That's it ! So far my girls LOVE it ! I have 3 others to try yet... one is Innova and I don't remember the other 2 One is Canadian.. Jer___ something. I am really motivated to feed them better grade good. Once I find the right dry, I'll switch the wet. Just don't want to do too much too fast.
   Her products are all grain free and gluten free. And she is a doll. Oh.. and Lulu the cat roams around in the store too. LOL

   I'll have to check out Solid Gold Indigo Moon...price is not too bad, though I have never seen it in the stores around me.

   Instinct is different from pre-mixed food, it is powder that you mix with ground meat (which is what they recommend). It'll add taurine and other essential stuff, making raw meat feeding simple and nutritiously balanced. I'd be interested in trying it at some point.

   the only thing i have against solid gold indigo moon is the potatoes which make the protein seem lots higher but its not because cats don't get much benifit from potatoes. but really, it is a good food:D and trust me, me having only one thing that i really don't like about the ingrediants means it has to be good lol!
