  1. MC... Just as a "something" that worked 40 years ago...........My first husband was in a mid air collision, and his forehead was split in half. He daily rubbed pure cocoa butter on the scar. It was amazing that the scar disappeared within 6 months!!! Fortunately for you, the scar will eventually be covered by your hair when it grows out. And I am so envious of anyone that has ever had to their thinned!!!! Your flowers will bloom, and bring you much joy!!

  2. When my dad had open heart surgery 25 yrs ago, they cut him from neck to navel!.... the scar was huge..... he rubbed vitamin E oil into it, and five years or so later, you could hardly see it, maybe about an inch long in the center of his chest was all that remained.

  3. With as many surgeries I have had on my abdomen, a rather unkind physician once said "You sure give new meaning to Crossroads of America {still lived in Indiana at the time})! I always smear pure Vitamin E oil on scars from the Vitamin Store. I have my new bottle ready to go!

  4. Afternoon everyone, have been reading some of the back posts just for the smiles. Sleepy but can't seem to sleep, its too warm and summer isn't here yet...but there could be worse things though. One of co-workers and very good friend's 6 yr old son has been having multiple seizures since late yesterday afternoon, never had one until 2 weekends ago so its scary and puzzling right now. Another very dear friend has been getting sicker daily for the last 2.5 years and it seems that the doctors can't quite put their fingers on what is causing her health decline (enlarged heart, very aggravated life long asthma, lungs that she has 10% use of, and daily migraines)....so my last few days have been spent worrying about them both, not complaining in the least just tired.

But enough of that droning today, coming here makes me smile, looking at my granddaughter makes me smile so there are good things in life :)
