  4. I sure the Bobster looks better in his Speedos than 95% of the guys I see in them. Just make sure he has lots of sunblock on his little nose.

  5. Have an awesome time! Your mission if you choose to accept it is to: 1. Have a drink while lounging in the hot tub, 2. Relax poolside (Read if you have a good book), 3. Eat everything that sounds good and not worry a moment about calories or cholesterol) and 4. try something new. (The new is up to you. Could be trying a new food, taking a class or attending a lecture, placing a bet in the casino, or something really different while in port. Oh yes and report back to us on all the fun you are having!

  6. Drink in the hot tub, no, but did get into said hot tub.

Relax poolside and did some crossword puzzles.

    Eat everything and anything, yes.

Try something new, Bob did have asparagus soup and liked it.
I on the other hand, did NOT eat squid! EWIEEEEEEE!!!
But I did have poached eggs w/feta sauce (like hollandaise sauce) on brioche (sic) rolls. That was a newbie.

Played the slots in the casino, (not new though).

Took an island tour while in St. Martin. Very nice.

Oh, something new, went through security to go to San Juan and
turned around and got back on the ship without ever setting foot in San Juan.
There wasn't enough time to be back in time for dinner. We had 20 mins.
So we will have to go back to San Juan on a ship with morning arrival and tour Old San Juan.

And, of course, there were tons of chocolate delicacies each day for lunch and dinner.

And, met fabulous people at breakfast and lunch. We opted to go to the main dining room instead of the buffet line for those meals as it was open seatting and you meet so many interesting people. One couple there were on their 42nd and 43rd cruise! That's my goal!

  7. Ooh, ooh, chocolate, that sounds so good! SOM, I LOVE squid. Breaded and fried for a brief moment, with a good dipping sauce, it's yummy. Don't think of it as squid, think of it as calamari!

I'm so glad you're having a good time!

  8. Hi Jcat. We got back Saturday, May 2nd. Then drove the 5 hrs back to home, but it was a lovely drive. We came mostly up US 1 and A1A all the way and stopped for a dee-lish lunch at one of the 'Duffy Sport Bars'. We don't have them around us and it was quite nice to have an American Burger with all the toppings! We finished that off by sharing a piece of 'fried cheesecake'. That was a first! So yummy! Now back to the real world!

  9. It sounds like a lovely holiday, SOM! Fried cheesecake, ohmigosh, how much more deliciously sinful can you get?

  10. I know, it is served with vanilla ice cream and tons of whipped cream drizzled with carmel and chocolate sauce, very lightly. I think they may have put carmel sauce in the dish and then the ice cream and cheese cake. OMG. It is warm when served. Absolutely smashing.
