Its the end of another weekend and soon we will all be back to our busy lives and work! YUCK! The girls thought a Ice Cream Bar with all the fixin's, shakes and malts would be a great end to the weekend. Come in and make a cone (soft serve or handpacked, many many flavors!), sundae, shake or malt and kick back/relax. I took a nice long bubblebath and am ready to settle down to read for the evening. The girls are circling my feet so I think they will soon be on my lap and the three of us will be snoring before long! :D Come on in and join us! Welcome!

Hubby and I are going to dinner with our neighbors in a little bit. She is celebrating her birthday this Tuesday--any excuse to have a great meal works for us! lol

I finished mine too, MC along with a nice salad with Paul Newman olive oil salad dressing and some lacy chocolate cookies for desert. Yummmeeeeee! Now I am ready for another nap too but it is 5:30pm and that is too late for a nap. I will go to bed early (around 9:30).
The rain has stopped for now. If I wasn't full, I could go for a nice mocha chip haagen daz ice cream with hot fudge sauce, whipped cream and chopped nuts. Yum! I have to ask my Dad as when my Grandmother use to visit she would bring this fudge sauce that was to die for. I hope he or my Uncle can remember so I can order it online.

Owwiee!!!! My back is sort of aching from my garden work today. Scoliosis - it kind of catches up with me sometimes. So we are off to soak a bit in the hot tub. Tomorrow is an early gym alarm for me. It was awfully nice on vacation to set my alarm for 6:30 am rather than 5:00 am. But now it's back to the real world. *sob*
Maybe later we will have some apple crumb pie. I had bought tons of apples for Willow and Windi's kitty sitter only she didn't eat them. So yesterday I made an apple crumb pie. It's hard for two people to eat a pie, though! :-(

Hi Everyone!... waving franticly!!..... *pouts*..... no one here.....
... well, I am just happy to be on line, and in the MOUNTAINS!!!!.... we made it to NC safely - had to do two stealth missions with Abby, but pulled them off brillantly, like James Bond!.....
.... wind is howling tonite, and it's much colder than Fla.!.....no surprize here!.....
... Son came with us after Blue Key inductions, and we're just getting settling in....
... plumbing issues are fortunately not as bad (effecting the main house), they are contained to the basement, so we can enjoy ourselves!... Hubbs and I will deal with that later in the month......
..... HHHHHEEEEELLLLLOOOOO...... Anyone here?

Hi KW & M2M!!!! how are you guys tonite???..... wind is HOWLING... at the top of our mountain!!... Abby has been a velcroe lap kitty since we "finally" got here!!!.... I have to give her "brownie points".... she was soooo gooodd.... she went 11 hrs... with only one potty break!!!!... :)

Hi KW!.... yes, I DID bring my painting stuff.... I will definitely get it out this week....I'm soooooo looking forward to painting up here.....
.... Abby was SUCH a good girl!! she traveled so well, trilling, lightly when she had to "pee", and then "holding" everything else until we finally got here!!!.... I was so proud of her!!!
...I am in some what of a "juggling act"... I have my mother (79) and MIL (75) with me, as well as Son (21)...... the two "elders".... ...well, all I can say, is they "grate" on each other, I'm in the middle!!!! HELP!.. (what was I thinking??)... Son only is here because his girlfriend goes to NC State!......can anyone come "rescue" me in Ashville???
