The girls are good. Abbie is getting so big and is starting to eat cereal now. I tried baby oatmeal today and she loved it. She holds up her head and is grabbing everything she can. :) Maddie is just a bundle of energy. I can't keep up with her.
HM, I am glad you are okay. I know you had a rough month. ((HM))
Lynn, DaisyMew(Julie) will be with MC..Thank god.
Maddie is not going to sleep though right now..Wayne is in there now...I am going to bid everyone goodnight since I know we have a while until sleep for her...then I am going to sleep.

Goodnight, CM, and hope that you have a peaceful sleep. Yes, I can relate. Dakoda is heading to the roll around on the floor and banging into furniture stage! It shouldn't be long til she crawls. This one is the opposite of her sister. Nikki was mild and laid back. Dakoda is 90 miles an hour going no where, for now! How can 2 kids have the same parents and be so different??!! Thanks CM, it has been a rough month. There's a lot of stuff going on and I'll let you guys know about it as soon as everything is firm. I DO have my dad's car though - he left it to me. So yes, I'm breaking the law driving all over Texas with no license. That's sort of the least of my worries at this point - lol. The girls sound so adorable and totally energetic - which is normal. You're such a good mommy.
Jeff, she does love you. You're her daddy now.

Hm too funny! Oh, six back of beer in the back too! I know you have had a rough month and I hope all works out for you and you have peace soon. However, can't bail you out on the no license thing, but will set up a bbq for your release!!!!
I can't say enough about Julie being with MC. You are an angel, girlfriend.
Well, I have to go. Need to relax. I've enjoyed seeing all of you and chatting once again. I hope everyone stays safe in the storms in the various areas of our country and all will be well.

Here for a min or two before lying down for another nap before work tonight....its 7 pm here in Tucson, 90F (way too warm) and supposed to get to 100F by Thursday (month ahead of time if they go by averages)...have been trying not to turn on the a/c but think that is not going to happen now...DaisyMew so glad that you are close enough to check in on MC after the surgery, you are an angel.....hope that everyone has an excellent night, if there are storms in your area, let them be mild and just cool off the temps...sleep well for those who turn in before I get back up {{{hugs}}}

Afternoon/evening all. We have a chilly day here, large black clouds gathered around the hills but now the sun has come out with a wee bit of warmth in it. Shadz is loving it all and is outside hunting mice or curled up in some sunny corner snoozing.

It's 2.11 am AZ time, ...the night is chilly in NZ and cool to warm in USA with Old Man Winter on the out..... so time to close Night Shift and snuggle under the comforters, so here goes gratis Moonshadow, LV, & Tigger from the beginning....good job everyone & bless you...
check - turns fountains off, cleans them out also
check - sweep the floor (never know who has been tossing stuff around)
check - lights off and turns out neon "TDK Night-Shift" and "Poetry Jam" sign in window
check - night lights glowing gently, puts on cool jazz radio for ambiance and stragglers check - cat flaps swings creeeeeeeek (pulls out WD-40), check cat flaps again to ensure they swing quietly and effortlessly
check - doors closed, left just ajar so fuzzbutts don't come to us with complaints
check - dry kibble out as a midnight snack (so hopefully no 5 am breakfast wake-up call) and freshens litter-box. Puts away assorted fuzzy, squeaky cat-toys into Toy-Box, refreshes the catnip on the climbing cat trees....check - windows slightly open for Northern TDKers' spring and closed for Southern TDKers' autumn.
Goodnight to all our imaginary friends in TDK land, Goodnight Airy and Jim-man. White light,healing energy and prayer for all those in need. Be careful out there!
