I have a 7 week old kitten, he has been away from mom for 3-4 days now. Ever since i gave his mom away he has seemed to be moving alot slower and alot less active. He still eats, drinks and uses the litter box. His poo is solid, He just sleeps and cries alot. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

He is a bit young to be away from his mama. He is probably missing her and is confused. He needs lots of TLC from you right now. Do you have a stuffed animal you can put in his little kitty bed for him to snuggle with to simulate his mama? Is he done nursing, what is he eating? He is alone, sad and confused right now. Please give him extra TLC right now. He needs it! Welcome to our little cat community!

Is he eating, drinking & eliminating normally? If not, please see your vet immediately.
If he's eating, drinking & eliminating normally, give him lots of extra cuddle time with you. He's missing his mama and littermates, most likely.
