   What is a good litter to use for a 3 week old kitten. I want to introduce her but know I am not suppose to use clumping.

   I'm not the one to give you the answer for this but just hang in there, I know this subject has come up several time and there are many people here that can tell you what is best and why.

   i just gave the cats in the strawmow a litter box and i just use sand. They love it and its free (huge pile @ the farm from when digging out both the manure pit and 100x bigger pile from digging out the pond).

   the animal shelter i work at uses wood pellats which when it gets wet it just crumbles. http://www.dordogne-on-line.info/_borders/customer%20234A%20wood%20pellet.jpg <-- that is what i mean.
