Why I don't post much here anymore

  1. (Assuming I even get to post this!) Long story short: half the time when I try to post, the page just loads and loads and loads and loads and loads for a half hour and then fails to put the post up! This is not a problem with the site, problem is with my computer.

  10. Maybe you got that virus that started a while ago--my computer was having the same problem. I'd try to get on line and it took FOREVER!! So, I called a local place called "The Computer Guy" and he took care of the problem for $60.
    He even installed some spyware for me-free (it was free spyware, but I'd never have been able to do it myself). Just a thought if you can afford it. Or maybe you have a friend who could check for you? We do miss you!!

  21. hmmm cool.....hope all is well, except the computer! it might be your connection speed, or broweser issues......i sumtimes have sites that laod incredibly slwoly depending on the above. or there might be another issue like virus or sumthing?

  22. Arcalian, have you tried closing all the open applications you have running, and saving the files on your desktop to your hard drive? If you're using a PC, they tend to get bogged down if you don't clean them up once in a while and give everything a chance to shut down and restart. After you get files off your desktop and onto your hard drive, restart Windows and then restart your PC itself. Macs clean up after themselves pretty well but PCs need a little help.

    We need you back. I miss that FUZZ!!!
