Having not seen Pika on TDK for a while, I emailed her last night, and came home to this reply :
All good here. apart from Cat and House sitting (again) for a friend I used to work with. Him and his wife have gone to Thailand for 18 days. I am really regretting it as their internet is through the TV (what???) its too far away and i can't read things properly and Rob mostly watches TV so I have not had my TDK fix for 10 days now!! I feel really weird, like something is missing (well, it is, my special friends thats what is missing)
The new job is going OK - gonna take a bit of getting used too - basically - you can sit on you arse for hours on end doing nothing and thats fine!!! I am used to being underpaid and over worked so this is gonna be a hard transition!! lol!!! only problem is i am not allowed to use the internet - which means no TDK skiving during the day!! GUTTED!!
I go back home this Saturday - then have a week at home and then my HOLIDAY!! 23rd May - Gran Canaria for 2 weeks, woo hoo!! My poor cats - they must feel deserted!! (I have been visiting them as this house is only a 20 min walk away but only pop in for a quick cuddle)
