JRoc asked me to post that her little Chinook crossed over on Monday morning, the 11th. She stayed with her till then end, we all know how hard that is to do. Please join me in wishing her comfort and peace.

Chinook's cousins Shaddo and Jiggs have greeted her and will introduce her to all the Bridge residents and they will play and have yet another party. (These Rainbow Bridge parties must rock!) I wonder if this is why Shaddo came to me in his whole, pain-free healthy self. Something similar happened when my other sister's kitty passed.

i'm sorry to hear of chinook's passing. she is in good company with my kizzy and the many other kitties that passed to the brdge. i know how hard it is for a loved one to passaway. i still miss kizzy and talk to her all the time. i send hugs and prayers to the family and chinook.

So sorry to hear this, JRoc. As others have said, it's always hard saying farewell to our furry ones, even though we know we will meet again. I believe what James Herriot (the English vet author) told the owner of one of his patients, "Wherever we're going, they're going too."
