  1. Sorry if this sounds stupid, but it's annoying the heck out of me and I was wondering if anyone had a solution.
My right eye brow won't stop twitching!!! I've had twitching eye lids due to stress before, but never an eye brow. Would that be stress-related, too? And how do I make it STOP?? It's been 2 days :(

  2. Wow GD I've had that before but never for that length of time. Hopefully one of our TDK nurses will have some sound advise for you. {{HUGS}}}

  3. Oh dear GD! I've had the eyelid twitch (most recently every time I sneezed) and it is annoying. Please watch your stress... I worry about you with your ulcer !

  4. 2p the ulcer is feeling better so I guess the stress has moved from my stomach to my eye brow! :(

2b, my eye lid twich always lasts a long time. Last time I actually ended up going to the eye doctor because it had bothered me for a week. She told me it was stress.

  5. The body will keep you posted on your stress level... in one way or another ! Deep breaths... and know what you can and cannot change/control. You are in my thoughts GD!

  6. Thanks, 2p! There just always seems to be something stressing me out. *breathes deeply*

  7. Any time GD. I know, I think it's call LIFE ! LOL

  8. I have had eyelids twitch before, once even for days, almost a week! I was concerned, but did not go to the dr. and it went away...don't think I ever had an eyebrow twitch, but bet it is the same thing....and STRESS is usually the culprit! Breathe :) I know it's hard.....I don't handle stress well, either....

  9. Thanks! It's annoying to have to just wait for it to go away. I wish there were something I could do to make it stop.

  10. Are you certain that you're not doing that as a means of making a seductive gesture to some attractive man?

I've had eye twitches before. I have to admit that I don't know what causes them, nor how to stop them.

*visualizes GD "making eyes" towards some hunky gym guy*

  11. LOL, WWM!
One of the vets is kind of cute, but we got the non-cute one today!
I'll have to be careful at the gym - noone around I want to wag my eye brows at.

It's weird that it's the eye brow and not the eye lid - I've never had that happen before! Maybe I need a vacation?

Posted 2 years ago by GreatDane #

  12. I agree GD - you need a vacation !!

Posted 2 years ago by 2 Popoki #

  13. Yes, GD, you need a vacation and a change of jobs too. Sounds like your body is telling you your stress level is high. Are you still wrangling with the tennis club issue?

Posted 2 years ago by SylMiaFelixMomma #

  14. How about a facial massage to help relieve stress in your face??? Besides, it would feel sooooo good.

    Posted 2 years ago by MaxandCali'sMom #

  15. That does sound nice, MCM!

Yep, Karin, still having tennis issues. The one club we were counting on wanted an outrageous membership fee that's worse than the one at the place we're trying to get away from. So we've gotten nowhere and once again the team is looking to me to come up with something.

Vacation? Hmmmm..... sounds even better than a massage!

Posted 2 years ago by GreatDane #

  16. GD, may I suggest you let one of the members of the team take over this issue until you are better from you ulcer issue? I think you eye twitch is a definite sign you need to lighten you load. I have eye twitches from time to time but they are the lower lid in the corner of the eye. It usually goes away in a day or so. They can be quite annoying.

  17. You could get botox, GD!

  18. Yep, I've had those too - how annoying. I did happen to speak with someone who happened to be a doctor and was told it IS stress. I agree with M&C's Mom, get a facial massage; if nothing else, it sure would feel good. Good luck.

  19. Oooooh Botox :)

I haven't slept well this last week, so it could be fatigue, too, or a combination of the two. Arrrgh!

Posted 2 years ago by GreatDane #

  20. You could always get that eyebrow pierced and have a pretty crystal or diamond stud or ring in it, then every time it twitches it would catch the light as well as the hunky guys eyes!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL ;-)

  21. Ooooh, pretty! :)

Posted 2 years ago by GreatDane #

  22. Or you could put a bell in the piercing and it would ring whenever you had a twitch so the kitties would know where you are............. aaack! I've got too much time on my hands.

    Posted 2 years ago by MaxandCali'sMom #

  23. Hmmm, those are both excellent suggestions. There is something about the bell that is especially appealing. And you could use it as payback for when Bobby keeps you up at night, GD. I can just hear that little bell tinkling now.

  24. You guys are too funny! GD, you need to relax. My physical therapist told me to rub a muscle spasm in my back with an ice cube--maybe it would work on your eyebrow? Worth a try.

  25. ROTFL at some of the suggestions. I've had the eyelid twitch, sometimes for up to a week. Try the massage and tell the team you're on sick leave and the ball's in their court.

  26. Hey MS BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA (your baaaaaaaaaaaa arrived at the last but one TDK UK meet up - it was faithfully delivered by a totally confused American - the facial expression was priceless!)

  27. This is rather stunning, and it glows in the dark!

  28. GD you have to get this - if you get all the colours you can match up with any outfit and mood!

    Posted 2 years ago by Pollys_Mum_in_UK_2605 #

  29. OOOOoooo... glow in the dark! New toy for Bobbie and Milo LOL

Posted 2 years ago by 2 Popoki #

  30. ROFLMAO!! A new toy for Bobby and Milo. You are all too funny! Nothing like turning something annoying into something fun for the boys.
