  2. My mother-in-law died May 19, 2008 at 12:15pm.

    2P I think we never forget and it always hurts. Sometimes the hurt is a little less. Remember you have lots of love.

Oh Lord, what a time for this thread to appear--I lost my mom in a car accident on May 6, 1994--every year that date still causes pain, but it does get a little easier as time passes. {{{{2P and WWM}}}} I know I will never forget. Know you are both enveloped in loving arms no matter how far away you are.

  4. I am dreading the day I lose my mum. She truly is my best friend and it's not like I haven't given her a pretty tough time over the years. I know she still hurts over losing her mum, even though it was more than 10 years ago; my gran lived in the UK and for a long time had no phone, so all they had was letters and the occasional visit, but they wrote to each other every week without fail at least once and sometimes twice or three times, for 40-odd years. {{{HUGS}}} to 2P and to all those who are missing their mums
