yes, she always travels with me. ALso FM is being spayed today. I left her at the vet this morning when I took hillies in

Oh No Ale! Poor Sweet Hillies! You must be so beside yourself. I'm worried because you have your hands so full and this is the hardest stress any of us will know. It is no doubt time for Hillies. I wish I could be with you.....sniff....be strong and remember that you've given Hillies the greatest life and love any dog could ever hope for. Ale......Hillies is sooooo ready for this to be over. This sweet, beautiful girl has done her part and would tell you herself that she'd just like to go and leave you free to love and care for, and share life with, all the furbabies she leaves to you. My Abby who left me almost a yr. ago to the day will be there to walk Hillies over the bridge and show her the ropes. With all that you've told me about Hillies I know that she and Abby will be best of friends. It's heartbreaking to love a dog for that many years and say goodbye and I know Hillies is much more ready than you are. I'm sorry and want you to know that I'm hurting with you. =(

Oh, TNK, I'm sorry Hillies is reaching the end. What a wonderful long life she has had with you.
I understand your pain completely. Let's hope when the time comes to cross the bridge, both you are Hillies are comfortable know you are doing the right thing.

Just picked up on this thread. So sorry to read about Hillies' condition. I hope the new medication works, but as someone on this site said recently, our furry friends are only on loan to us for a while and that time is never long enough.

Ale is home today not feeling well but Karen im'ed me and had me worried so I called! Seems Hillies and Ale dodged a bullet! theya re tryign a new medication and her mom got a sling like strap to help move Hillies backend around! I am hoping that this gives Ale and Hillies a bit more time together! She would be posting I am sure btu she is not feeling up to snuff!

Yes it is! Iwas so worried she ahd not too long ago lost Weeone! She has Hillies and Ruby both great old Dame's! I worry if Hillies goes then how much behind her is Ruby! And I jsut don't want to see Ale hit double barreled like that!
