Stay strong, Julie. You can do this. Please e-mail OH to learn what her naval officer friend told her. If you can't post here then e-mail us. You have a whole team here waiting to help you, but you have to stay in touch. This could end up being an adventure for you and the boys. A cross country road trip is a good way to "vacation." I know it doesn't feel at all like a vacation and you are scared, but you can do this with the help of your littermates and your soon-to-be-ex's commander. You are nobody's doormat!!

DM, I am moving soon and will be getting rid of a lot of very nice household stuff in order to downsize. I know inheriting other people's used "stuff" isn't ideal...but if you need housewares when you get where you're going, let me ship you some things, please. I have duplicate dishes, silverware, cookware. I've been trying to decide what to do with it. I kept feeling like someone needed it, I just didn't know yet who it was. You may already have everything you need in that area. But if you don't, I would love to share. I know you'd rather have $$ and if I had a spare dime, I'd send it.

This so Steams me and I admit i am thinking and whispering very very unfluffy thoughts about his ex of yorus DM! I hope he get's nailed big time to the wall like a giant fly!
Don't give up fight for what's yours and your kids needs and follow through with all advice and help! He cna not get away with this unless you let him! And you and your boys need to get help to make a new life!

Morning everyone. Woke up about 6 am to get the kids ready for school and start my day. Trying to stay pawsitive. :) Going to go room to room and make 2 piles of NEED and DON"T NEED! So far from my room it is family pictures and my computer in the need pile, everything else is replaceable. Thank you for all the love and support and prayers. Goodness knows they helped me fall asleep last night with no bad dreams. I am going to start on with my day.

DM, you still amaze me. With everything going on you sent me a stone. I was not expecting one since I was not in need of one, but I love it. I showed it to the kits and each one kissed it and filled it with more love. I almost feel the need to send it back so you can have it...you need it more than I. I Will keep it for now, but know that many people have been touched by you and that karma always finds a way of working things out. (Not my baby Karma but, you know, karma...)

Julie, you are a wonderful strong human being who is really being put to the test right now. I also received my stone yesterday and was so touched..I am keeping it in my purse to keep the TDK love with me in my travels. Thank you so much.

Julie, so sorry to hear what you are going through. Especially after all you've done for others. Do you know when you're able to be heading out? Just ran to Wal Mart and returned all the bins I had bought to pack my stuff with and a few things around the house I never use. Ran into the crazy neighbor and she asked me what was up. Filled her in and told her I was on the way to the pawn shop. Well, she bought my I Pod and said when I leave she will give it back to me as a gift. That was nice. The pawn shop was closed so I will go back later. Back to the grind or sorting NEED and DON"T NEED! LOL! Had a HARD time not buying M&M's to make me feel better, but I stayed strong. The silly candy kept calling my name so loudly though. :)

Hey Daisy Mew...my friend's hubby said that this is not how the Navy works! and that you deserve to be treated with repect and that HE has an obligation to you and he needs to follow through.... even with a divorce...the reason he wants you to sign the papers is so that you can't touch his retirement and pension and have access to heath care...that is why he is being a turkey.... my friend, Molly said that as a navy wife should would like to help you because you are in a special sisterhood and even though she has never met you, she and her husband want to help you, and guide you. Her hubby has had to deal with this sitch before and knows ow to guide you...<3 and let me know...

Hahahah! I love the picture....Made me laugh out loud! Great new motto Julie! We've done this before and will make it all the way through to the end. KW is right....this will be one of the BEST summer adventures for you and the boys ever!!! Let the boys help as much as they're able....the life lessons in working as a family unit are very powerful! XOXOXO =)
