     According to Illinois law it takes at least 4 months after the case is accepted. If the divorce position had been already filed it would be just waiting for the 4 months. I don't think they have even filed a petition for divorce yet.

     Having a bad mental day. I just want to get all of this over with and move on with our lives. I need to be able to find some place to live and work when I get there, and waiting around for the SCH to get things done is killing me.
