   Sam, my parents' cat, is having his operation on Wednesday (your Tuesday, if you're in the US, or in the middle of Tuesday night if you're in the UK) to repair his cruciate ligament and any white light or healing energy or good thoughts you could spare for him would be much appreciated.

   He has been getting on quite well on his meds and pain relief so far but it will be a relief to have the operation done (though the recuperation period might be a bit of a struggle all round!) I thought Sam had broken his leg as well but I misunderstood my mum, the previous break to his leg was what caused him to snap his ligament this time, and that's what they have to fix.

   Anyway, you were all so kind last time, I'm sure it helped. Thanks, everyone, kia ora, we're very grateful!

   White light for Sam whatever day (and any) day he needs it. Let's hope his operation is as successful as Tibby's was and that his recuperation is quick and easy.

    Thank you, SM and SOM! Sam likes to pounce on my Dad's ankles when he gets up in the night best, so my Dad tries to bribe him not to by feeding him first, lol. We are all hoping he will be back to his normal self soon :)

    Thank you so much, GD, WWM,GA, Susie, Mollycat, Nawlins Catmom and BC, Sam would be very grateful indeed (and would give you awesome headbonks!). I will tell him all about you guys when I see him next.

    My parents took him to the vet this afternoon, he's staying there overnight where they'll keep an eye on him (and not give him anything to eat, poor lamb) and then tomorrow he gets his op. This time tomorrow, we will know how it's gone (and whether the patient is being co-operative post-op!)
