Hello all, I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday weekend. Little has been growing fast, he will be 4 1/2 months old tomorrow and weighs in at 5 pounds. He is very tall and lanky and still kind of akward - he trips over his own feet quite often and ends up on his face. However it does not slow him down in the least and he runs through the house with what I can only describe as complete reckless abandon.
He is very naughty and still bites and plays very rough. My other cats tolerate him and I am surprised (and a little worried) that they do not discipline him when he is too rough but instead growl and slink away. I am worried about him growing up playing this way, I am hoping when he gets a little older they will start disciplining him more. He still does not groom hinmself and gets frequent baths from Marley, Nala and Pepper. DayDay does not like him and shows his dislike by completely and totally ignoring him.
He also has had some health issues that are a little scary. He has had intermittant conjunctivitis with yellow discharge and vomitting. Right now my vet and I are chalking it up to dusty cat litter and dietary indiscrection (he eats EVERYTHING he can fit into his mouth) since he is otherwise completely healhty (no fever, weight loss or lethargy) but in the back of my mind I can't help but worry about FIP.
