Hi all! Me and the girls thought we would start a NS tonite as we have seemed to be superbusy during the cafe' but lacking NS! Today is my sister's 42nd birthday so we are having birthday cake and ice cream! We also have a full stocked bar and sodas for all! We have chocolate and vanilla cake as well as choc, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream! Come on in and have some cake! I am going to have a nice "corner hunk" loaded with icing! The tables are set and there are baskets of kittens looking for love!

still have that nagging stiff neck! I can't seem to get rid of it. It is really tight, even after I do neck exercises. The girls are great, really super lovey dovey nurses! I think they are liking mama staying home with them.

Hi everyone, hi MC, just checking in for a bit.
MC, I sustained a neck injury last Oct. I can tell you from personal experience, stiff neck/tight neck muscle issues take a while to improve. Keep up the excercises as per doc instructions, it takes time, but it does get better.Posted 9 months ago by Tigerlilly #

Hi TL...CM...I can't wait for our family vacation....we leave on the 6th! we are waiting to see if we can get a tour of the white house...we'll see..I can't wait for next wed. the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL....my son will be a 9th grader (yikes HS) and my daughter will start middle school....

Hi all,
Hubby is out of town, so I am kind of at odds and ends. Didn't know what I wanted for dinner, so I'm grazing; luckily most of what we have in the house is pretty healthy. I put Georgie's favorite blanket on the couch & he curled up on it and went to sleep.
I think I'm going to go watch some of the Yankee game, might pop back in later.

Opahall, if you will write to Sen. Kaye Bailey Hutchison or Sen. John Cornyn, they can get you tickets for a tour of the White House. We used to live right outside the District. Don't try to do it without tickets!!! That's what your senators are for. And for heavens sake, don't drive a car into the District. Park in outlying areas and take the Metro. Both senators have great websites. But you need to write to them like... yesterday!

OH, have you been to DC before? There is so much to do and see there. The various Smithsonian museums are wonderful to go through.
Kilroy, I love time with the house to myself. Hubby is retired so he is home all the time. He has the house to himself during the day, every weekday. I rarely have the house to myself for any length of time. I find all kinds of things to do. For some reason I sometimes end up doing some deep cleaning. (What a lack of imagination! lol)

ey hey all! How goes it!? Okay I read birthday cake! The corner is always the best though need a rectangle or square cake since heheh round cakes have no corners hahha! Or as we say in school no flat faces/edges ahhahah! Man I have been craving lemon cake with a sweet butter cream filling for weeks now and I am still fighting it! But I think a virtual slice would be okay! And please no colored flowers and such on the top i don't need a blue or green tongue and teeth ahhaah!
