   This is rather sad, but maybe our TDK prayers will help. Perhaps you have seen reports about little 5 year old Neveah Buchanan who disappeared from the parking lot of her apartment house Sunday evening--that is right across the street from me. There has been a major search for her, but it has been over 48 hours now, and the news isn't good. Believe it or not, her mother was seeing a known sex offender, who is now be held by the police (but for reasons other than this abduction). Just this afternoon after obtaining a search warrant they discovered a part of shorts, a towel, and a multi-use tool with human blood on it in his motel room (he lived there.) It really doesn't sound good for this dear little angel, but perhaps you might remember her in your prayers tonight.

   i saw that story on Fox news this morning. i am praying for her . i pray she is okay and will be found alive. she is a beautiful little girl and i love her name. prayers to her and her family. God Bless her. please keep us posted...

   no words for what I am thinking... both toward that stupid woman for bringing that evil man into her home and exposing that little girl to him, and toward that man for what it appears he has done to that child.

   It saddens me how many of our beautiful children are being put in harm's way!!They have done anything to deserve it!!! I wish some women would WAKE UP and stop 'befriending' sexual offenders! There can be nothing good come of it! EVER! I pray for her safe return but I was so upset to hear about the bloody clothing they found. May the offender rot long and hard in he**!!! I thought her name was really special too when I heard it was Heaven spelled backwards. God Bless Her Little Soul!

   Another horrifying story. Whaaaaa! It's so heartbreaking to think of the evil that surrounds us. Such a beautiful child! Sending my prayers to Neveah and her family. =(

   I will say a prayer for Neveah. I just don't understand how any mother could not look into every bit of past on a man she will be trusting around her children..

   I read this in our newspaper this morning and sadly, it doesn't sound good. I cannot understand releasing known sex offenders back out into society. And how on earth could her mother have just overlooked that? I wonder if CPS was ever called in?

   OMG, I have never heard of this story. This makes my heart cry. I feel sick. Being a mother now, everything like this hits home more and I cannot imagine what that poor child had to endure.

    A short update--the police are now saying that "the little girl may not be dead". ??? But where is she? The sex offender (who is still in jail for not obeying probation regulations) has a alibi - 2 people who said he was with them at the time Nevaeh was abducted. Maybe, maybe not.

    There have been numerous vigils, hundreds of people, relatives, police officers, and even FBI looking in different places, but to no avail at this time.
    Perhaps when the blood found on the sex offender's clothing is typed, then something will happen.
