Okay I Have 3 Orphan Kittens, I Would Say They Arent But 1-2 Weeks Old 2 Of Them Have Their Eyes Open But One Of Them Doesnt, I Am Feeding Them KMR Milk Replacement, They Are Eating Very Well Sometimes 9-12 ML Every Few Hours, They Look Very Healthy But Their Little Bellies Look Like They Are Going To Pop, I Have Had Them For 3 Days And 2 Nights Tonight Will Be Night Number 3. They Will Urinate Fine When Stimulated But Have Had No Luck With A Bowel Movement, How Long Does It Usually Take? I Have Taken Them To The Vet On Day 1 And Was Told They May Not Have Enough In Them To Have A Bowel Movement Yet But Now I Would Think That They Do, Please Help

Hi, AL. Welcome to the Daily Kitten! Bless you for taking care of these little orphans.
Many folks have come here asking very similar questions to yours. Here is a link to one of the discussions about orphan kitten potty issues: http://www.dailykitten.com/chat/topic/16256
You will find more discussions about this if you click on the orphan and/or constipation tag at the top of this thread.
Please keep posting and let us know how you and the kittens are doing. If you have any photos, we'd love to see them. :)

Cince they have already seen a vet you could also give the offcie a call befoer the weekend, and should be able to get some guidance... When kits are this little, even when on regular feeding, they do not always poop every day... Hang in there and keep up with the stimulation. I have a feeling one of these times you will get a nice big present - of the stinky kind!!

I suggest calling the vet back for more advice. It may be that these kittens are not producing much poop because they are on a mostly liquid diet. Kittens don't always poop after every feeding or even every day. The important thing to keep an eye on is whether or not they are getting dehydrated. Gently pinch a fold of skin between their shoulder blades. If it settles right back down when it is released, the kitten is not dehydrated. If the skin stays "tented" it is dehydrated and needs to be taken to the vet.
Looking forward to good news about poop! :)

Okay Something Is Really Wrong With My Runt.. He Isn't Eating Quite As Much As He Was, But He Is Eating And Is Using The Bathroom Fine, He Has Lost Weight, He Also Had A Little Something Around One Of His Eyes, But His Eyes Have Only Been Open A Few Days? And Sometimes He Will Act Like Nothing Is Wrong But Other Times He Is Not Near As Spunky As He Used To Be. Does Anybody Have An Idea As To What Has Gone Wrong All Of A Sudden?? =[ Well It's Feeding Time, Be Back Later.

Might the runt be dehydrated? See if his skin stays up if you pinch it into a little tent... if it does not go right back down, he needs more fluids... you can give him unflavored pedialyte as the base of his formula, or straight after a usual feed...If skin stays way up you need ot get to the vet and he will need subcutaneous fluids... check other threads about dehydration for more detail... Losing weight is not a good thing... Good luck!
