It appears to be Happy Hour time here. I wonder if I stand around and look pitiful if someone will make me a martini? Actually, my favorite bartender is even making dinner tonight! He has told me that the menu is veal marsala with mushrooms (only it's really very thin pork); orzo pasta with cream sauce and salad. I think that I might just keep him!

Argh, I was just sitting in the big chair and George was on his chair near the screen door to the balcony, and I managed to get him to come over to the big chair (he normally doesn't come to me, only to hubby). So what's the first thing he does? Tries to bite me :( Then he got on the back of the chair, and I was too nervous having him behind my head, given that he just tried to bite me, so I got up and walked away.

Kilroy toast them and make chips! Make your own salsa and you will have a great feast! My hubby is making dinner too. Steak on the grill and a sweet potato is baking. Daughter just picked up fresh strawberries this morning! I have a feeling we will be happy little campers after dinner. By the way my daughter said Terminator was great--not her type of movie but she seems to like it. Actually she was with her Daddy--probably the company had something to do with it.

Corn tortillas - let them dry out a bit. Then in the morning, crumble them up in scrambled eggs and dump salsa on them. Delicious!

Hi guys!.. just finished "left overs"... chicken and yellow rice, with peas and all the trimmings"!....
.... Son and I were talking today, I was saying how great I thought the new "Star Trek" movie was, so true to the original series and all, and he also said he liked the new "Terminator"..... I saw the original with Arnie an all, (wasn't my fav)... but I'm willing to give it a second chance......
