  1. Yes Renee & Sharon are both there to greet her with Andy in arms! =)

  2. I was thinking that maybe Kittenmaster could be persuaded to post an In Memoriam link on the main page of TDK, and we could post a photo of each of our departed members. He put a link there for pictures of meetups.

  3. Thanks GD for posting that TDK meetup pic from FL.....A truly happy moment in John & Terri's life no doubt. Terri looks very happy in that pic!
    PM...What a beautiful poem!

  4. OMG OMG OMG! I just saw this and am in shock!! I am crying and am very upset. OMG! Oh Terri, so young and so full of life. I never thought you would leave so soon. I am glad that I got to meet you and John last year at the Florida TDK meet-up. John I am very sorry for your loss. Sending you prayers and many many consoling hugs.

  5. OMG! Now I remember who Terri was! Bogman's mom! Now I feel about 3 nanometers tall (if not shorter) right now. How could I have forgotten this?

  6. Y'all remember the story about Bogman? How he got out, and a family with an autistic child found him? And the Bogman turned Therapist! Terri was so loving in letting them hang on to him since he was doing he child, a girl I think, such good. Eventually I believe the family got their own cat, and the Bogman came back to Terri and John. I remember thinking then that Terri must have the biggest heart!

  14. Terri was one of the most vocal persons on TDK who "had my back" when my son was so badly burned we feared for his life. I already miss her so much. Godspeed Terri, we will meet someday. *Crying*

  17. I'm shocked...I was just thinking of Terri on Saturday afternoon. Don't know why; she just popped into my head and I was thinking that wanted to call her. (wish I had her number)
    John, I'm so sorry.

  18. I was so surprised to come on the site this morning and hear the news of Terri's passing. She made this site a better place by having been here. John, may you be comforted by knowing how many lives she touched and the warmth of her spirit.

  19. Knew there was a reason I had to stop by today. This is such sad news. John will be in my thoughts and prayers.

  20. Someday, when we have all recovered a bit from the shock, we should talk to KM about having a place on the site to list longtime members who have been so courageous as to go first into the Unknown Realm.

  21. We really do need a site, "In Memorium."

I just can't get my head around this, and I can't stop crying. We have to do something. Terri had a light that must not go out.

  22. I was lurking yesterday evening from work and I came across this thread. I still can't believe our Terri is gone! I became rather emotional and it was hard to work. John, I am so sorry for your loss. It's the worlds loss really, as we will never have another like our Terri. Godspeed my friend till we meet again.

  23. My very dear friend is gone! Just one week before I was to finally meet her in person. My prayers go out to John!! I have been trying to think all weekend of what to write this morning to honor my friend and I still can't think straight.

  24. 2b, I'm sorry; I can't imagine what you must be feeling.

  25. OMG, I am so in shock and can't stop crying. Terri was one of the first people I remember from my early days on TDK. When there was only one page and we used to catnap the daily kitten, pursue each other around the globe,and eat breakfast at the same time! I never met Terri, but I always felt I knew her. I am going to go light a candle now. {{John}}

  29. I, too, just found this thread this morning. Such sad, sad news. Condolences to John and the family. I also met Terri at the Florda meeting last year. She was a special person.

  30. I am too sad for words. Terri was such a positive force in the world. She was good and kind and loving. She knew no bounds in her kindness and care.
