Sounds like everything is going well, Chuck. Brings back memories of the long, 2 day trips/moves from Michigan to Texas. At least having the animals with you makes the trip more memorable! Let us know when you get settled! :)

Good luck with the long distance move Chuck. As I don't recognise all of the places I don't know how far you've got and how much longer you will have to travel. Is this a 3 or 4 day journey?
Happy homecoming when you get there.Posted 2 years ago by Pollys_Mum_in_UK_2605 #

We have arrived. Staying in a hotel in a hotel tonight and unloading tomorrow.
Interesting trip... Poor CC had an upset tummy Friday morning and we had to stop and clean very nasty poop out of his carrie 2 times in less than an hour. So I setup a litter box behind the seat of the U-Haul (lots of room back there) and CC moved into the U-Haul with me and my youngest. He got to roam around cab until we got him settled down. We were about 6 hours into the trip before that happened. Poor guy. He did great today though. Other than that it was an uneventful trip as far as the kitties are concerned. They have decided they like hotel rooms :).

Don't let the cats get at the mini-bar! Or make long-distance phone calls. Or throw TVs off the balcony. Glad you have arrived safely.
