Today I had my hair trimmed then Mr MS had to go back to the opticians for a fitting. just an average day today. We had a grey cold day and tonight we've had some rain and wind but all still now and believe it or not but its 10C outside. That warm can only mean more rain coming.

Morning Jcat and MS!.... glad to catch up with you before you head off to bed! Up early here, this will be a busy week for me, preparing to travel to the Dominican Republic this coming Sat. Both kids and MIL are going, and we will probably have no cell phones or internet service!..... captive audience as Hubbs says!......this is our last big "family" vacation before Both kids head back to college, and Hubbs and I have our first "empty nester" summer....

...Jcat, I WISH I could take Abby and Cuddles, but international travel with pets is insane... they have quarantine times an all, and we're only going to be there 7 days..... daughter's best friend from high school is going to "cat sit" for us..... they are familiar with her, and she has promised to come over every day to feed and play with them...... I trust her to give them their "kitty love" fix they need each day!...

....yes, in fact, GD had to send me another Bobby picture yesturday so I could pack him!..... I lost my Christmas card :(
... this should be a fun vacation for us, legal age in DM is 18, so we are all legal adults..... we've been teaching daughter how to play craps so she'll know what she's doing when we go to the casino..... should be interesting to see this cute little blonde girl walk up to the table and say "give me 20 on the inside, don't pass and a hard six"......by the time we get there, she'll know all the lingo! LOL

I have broadband now and it's wonderful. I went back through my email inbox and opened lots of things I knew would take a long time on dial up and I saved them for the day I got broadband. I would say I wish I had got it sooner but at least one if not both of our girls might see it and say "I told you so". Night.
