shes the runty girl from a litter of boys and up to yesterday she was just as healthy as the rest. now every hour or 2 she goes off to a corner or under the bed and starts making the most pitiful crying little meows you ever heard. then she'll start convulsing and in 10 to 12 seconds she'll bring up a little wad of white spit. then she'll do it again in about 2 minutes. do you all think its just hairballs or something worse? and she appears to be eating and pooping okay. any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated.

I am no expert, but she could be having seizures. Please get her to a vet ASAP. Call the emergency vet for assistance tonight.

She could have something caught in her throat, or might have eaten a piece of string. Something is bothering her and seeing the vet is the best idea.

It sounds like she wants to vomit something up but she can't. If she were older, it would sound like hairballs but she seems too young for that,and kittens are so fragile, you don't want to take any chances, especially if she's eaten something she shouldn't. Like the others, I would keep a close eye on her and take her to the vet as soon as you can, but if she deteriorates, get her to an emergency vet right away.
