Good morning all. Well, I left early on Friday thinking no one would know. Stupid IT guy gives a battery to ship out to someone in the field around 3pm so that one of the other managers knows I left early. These stupid IT people wait till around 3 or 3:30pm to give me stuff to ship out to people in the field. We have a package pickup deadline of 3:30 on my floor so if they give it to me at 3:30pm, I have to rush down to the mail room to make sure it gets out. Okay..must repeat..I am glad to have a job, I am glad to have a job. Need to win the lottery and soon!
No sleep for the weary. Awoken to the stupid maintenance guy coming in at 1:47am this morning. Wonder what he was doing out on a Sunday night. Sheesh! I remember that number exactly as I had just only gone to bed at 11pm. Cats were running around chasing each other this morning. Heard a loud bang so I assume they must have knocked their kitty condo against the wall. Nothing turned over when I got up to check things out. Glad at least they were having a good time this weekend. My weekend was full of noisy people coming and going and not getting much rest. I hope someone moves out so I can move into a third floor unit in the back of the complex.
Joan, that is so sweet you are having a remembrance day for Shaddo. Shed some tears and remember the good times with him. He will always have a place in your heart. When it is time for you to leave this earthly domaine, you will see him again. Hugs to you sweetie and to Miss Leela. Leela, stay in doors away from those loud bangs (fire crackers), your Momma knows best.
Can I have a nice croissant egg and extra crispy bacon sammie, a large glass of chilled fresh squeeze oj and a large mocha with a shot of baileys and kahlua and a dollop of whip cream because I need something to make me feel some happiness.
