    Good morning, all! Feeling a bit sad today as today would have been my mom's 60th birthday. She passed away almost 14 years ago :(

    I had a great night's sleep, though. The key was to give Bobby a bath late at night and occupy him for hours with cleaning himself and the having him be completely exhausted. He looks and smells very nice now for his vet visit. He just got furminated, too, and had his nails trimmed. I'm going to be in big trouble for this later.
    Managed to get an hour of tennis in with XBF this morning at eight - temp was already up to 86 degrees - yuck!

    Bobby must look very handsome, all combed and trimmed and clean :) George was *bonkers* last night, attacking the sheets and the humans underneath them -I guess that's what we get for going to the theater and leaving him home alone. And he was still wound up this morning, silly cat.

    Hi, Jean and everyone! Well, I made my first protein smoothie after the gym and I think that I overdid it. I used 8 oz of skim milk, one scoop of the protein powder, a banana and a peach that was on its last legs. I was stuffed after drinking it! But it tasted good. Hopefully my muscles are happy!

    Good morning all. WWM, your smoothie sounded delicious! I think I heard a burp too. GD, sorry you are feeling sad about your Mom. It is hard when she was taken so fast and so young. Sending you some consoling hugs.

    TGIF!! Stupid irrigation system came on at 4am and it was making a loud squealing and tonal noise. Growl! I was having really interesting dreams again. I sure wish there was a way to plug something to my head so I could tape them in color.

    Kitties were really restless and chasing each other this morning. They have been doing this so much that I am concerned that they are doing more than just wrestling. Possible power struggle and I am concerned they will hurt one another. Noticed that most of the eyebrow whiskers over Mia's left eye are gone. I dont't see any swelling but am watching her just in case. I will check again tonight when I get home.
