Katthays it was a NIGHTMARE! My sisters kept bringing me babies with poopy diapers and laughing about it! I hope that I never have that one again!

That would be a nightmare in my book, MC. My dreams were with coworkers and my first cat Whiskers was there (first time she has been in a dream since she died over four years ago). Second dream was even more interesting but I don't remember it much anymore.
That drink sounds good too, Linda. I haven't tried a POM yet as I thought it might be too sweet and I have been overloaded with pomergranate type stuff.
Last night I bought a Burger King burger and fries, bad girl I know but I was running around with some last minute items and I got home and didn't want what was in the freezer (had to get to the bank in 20 minutes, etc). Well, I thought I haven't had a soft drink in over six months so why not have one with my burger and no salt fries. Well, I got a Sprite and took one sip and found I couldn't drink it. It tasted so sweet to me that I had to throw it out. So I have proven I no longer like softdrinks (except certain types of rootbeer). I find I prefer sparkling water (like calistoga or crystal geyser) with the light berry flavor.

Thanks for all the thoughts and hugs! Driving to work, I encountered an enormous motorcade for a funeral which brought tears to my eyes :(
WWM, you can be my big sister! :)
I'm working and bored! There is one guy here working out and he's on his way out. When I got here, the power had been out for 2 hrs and had just gotten back on. We ended up having a problem with the a/c after that, so for 45 minutes, it was 82 degrees in here. Yuck! I figured out how to reset the a/c and it's finally working now.
I can't wait to go home to Bobby today. I hope he's feeling alright!

Poor Bobby. I bet he sure looks spiffy all cleaned up and claws clipped. Hopefully he is doing well.

Oh, a sister - well, now that would be more like it! :-)
I like pomegranate juice - I have to try that. Of course, that stuff is so stinkin' expensive!

I love pomegranate juice, too. I drink Ocean Spray's Diet Cranberry-Pomegranate - very good, and only 5 calories per serving.
He did look nice before he peed all over himself and his carrier. He'll look nice again when I get home, I'm sure - he was already busy cleaning himself. I took that as a sign he was feeling alright!

Is there anything to eat in the cafe? I just had a cantaloupe-flavored yogurt, but it wasn't enough :(
Speaking of food, I have finally trained Milo a bit. At night when I feed them their wet food, Mi eats his in the bathroom and Bobby at their regular eating spot so Mi doesn't eat all Bobby's food. Well, Mi would eat his a fast as possible and then run over to Bobby's bowl (Bobby is slow, so he's still sniffing at this point) and Bobby would back off when Mi got close enough. Anyway, for a couple of weeks, I'd go grab Mi and carry him away while we wait for Bobby to finish. Bobby never eats all his food, so I would allow Mi to run over once Bobby finished. Now, every night when Mi's done with his food he starts running toward Bobby's food bowl and I tell him NO. He stops and waits and at the exact moment Bobby turns to leave his bowl, Mi zooms over there and finishes the food. I'm proud of him - he really wants that food, but he's being patient and waiting, despite himself :)

Just wanted to peek in before I leave for the day. If I get a chance to use one of the family's computers, I'll try to leave a quick message while I'm on vacation.

Have a good holiday Ladykat!
Jean, you made me smile. Our Pickle surprised us one day by eating some left over tinned mandarin oranges...I didn't think cats were meant to like anything orangey!

Ooooh, I'll take both the spaghetti and meatballs and the tortialla and refried beans :)
Just got an email from my tennis league running friend. She asked me to help her out next week by going to a few clubs and help them out with the leagues. It'll be fun and I'll make some money!
I also just picked up one day of dog-sitting - it all helps. The way it's going at the gym, I'll need to put together all the money I can! -
Sorry to hear things still aren't so good at the gym GD :o(

Good boy Milo! Way to go with waiting on Bobby. Mia use to gobble up all the wet when I first got her. Now Sylvester goes to the bowl he wants and Mia goes to the other. When Sylvester is done, Mia goes to the second bowl. Mia doesn't seem to be eating as much as she was when I first got her and she seems to be maintaining a slim and healthy body. I need to schedule a vet check-up for both kitties. Hopefully do that next month if can swing it financially. We will see.

Thanks, MCW! THey had to lay off the morning girl this week with only a couple of days' notice and replace her with an intern. I'm hoping the same won't happen to me. EBL told me it wouldn't, but it's so bad here right now they're struggling to stay in business.
My little Bobby was 11.5 lbs today. That's his heaviest ever - I chose to think part of it was because he was wet ;-)
The vet today was really good about examining Bobby, answering questions and talking about the seizures, too, eventhough that wasn't what we were there for and we didn't pay for an exam. When Mi went a bit over a month ago and we saw the other vet, he was out of there as soon as he was weighed and got his shots. No exam at all and we hadn't been there for almost a year! -
Bob better start eating yogurt too!!!!

Afternoon everyone, I am back with my computer. Somehow the boards within the tower needed to be reseated, guess my rambunctious ones knocked it or something.

Yikes! The power went off at the gym around 5:45 - lots of people working out in the dark. I called EBL from my cell and she told me I should close if FPL couldn't get the power back soon. I told her two trainers were working out with clients but that they should be done by seven. Ran across the street and spoken with some of the FPL workers and they told me it should be back around seven. It didn't get back on and there was only me and one trainer left at the gym. Just as I was kicking him out and had posted a note that we were closing early, the power went back on. I told the trainer it was too bad power came on 2 minutes AFTER I left the gym! So I got to go home early!!! Only 45 minutes, but still! :)

Bobby, my girls HATE that food! They would pack it all up and mail it to you if they had some!

I had never tried it before. Bobby doesn't like anything! I was at the grocery store the other day and out of pet food. I didn't have time to go to the pet store for Hill's, so I got a can to tide Miles over. Bobby won't mind skipping dinner at night if he doesn't like it (he'll eat dry instead), but Mi would have been mad. Anyway, I put a bit in Bob's bowl and he loved it! I won't be feeding it to him all the time, but once in a while for some variety.

Now Tansey's napping on the office chair beside me, but you can bet her ears are ready for any sign that I might go to the kitchen (lol).
Went to a somewhat local outlet for a generic drug and OTC generic/store brand manufacturer and packaging company after work, and got a real bargain on my antihistamines and acid reducers :-) 100 allergy tabs for $2.50, and in the store, that would be a $12 bottle! I got twelve of 'em, my honey and I take eight a day between us. I can get store-brand Tums for 50 cents a bottle sometimes, if they're close to expiration. Big help in these tough economic times, ya know. :-)
Mollycat, are you feeling better overall? Fewer headaches and vomiting sessions?
